Chancery Court

Grade II Listed Building – Redevelopment

In 1998, our group envisioned and led the redevelopment of former Pearl Assurance Building. This historic Grade II listed building dates back to the early 20th century. In 2001, we delivered the brand new Chancery Court Hotel under the Renaissance Hotels brand totalling over 300 rooms.
The Knightsbridge Apartments

Residential – Redevelopment

In 2005, our group developed and delivered the iconic The Knightsbridge Apartments. Settled next to the current Bulgari Hotel and near the iconic Harrods Department Store, the development spans approx. 1.7 acres and comprises of over 200 high end residences managed by Hyatt. Being the first residential development in London to incorporate a hotel management service, all residences were successfully sold and the development won the “Residential Development of the Year” award at the Property Week Property Awards in 2006.
Greenwich Peninsula

Mixed Use – Regeneration

In 2012, our group acquired the site at Greenwich Peninsula located in South East London. Working together with Chow Tai Fook Enterprises, this long term regeneration scheme is one of Europe’s largest regeneration projects totalling:
» 150 acres—twice the size of the King’s Cross regeneration
» 15,720 homes
» 1.6 miles of public riverfront
» 35.5 acres of green space
» 12,000 jobs
» 2,000 school places for local children
Up to date, over 1 million square feet of commercial and residential space have been delivered.
